The whole experience was throughly well organised. We were given a full run down on the equipment we needed to wear and various safety procedures.
We went to see Icehouse, an Australian rock band in one of the tents. Not many people were dancing, so the English did what they do best – got involved!
There were lots of (semi drunken) shennanigans before we actually got to see any Australian bands. Typical festival frolics then!
Min and I have shared Glastonbury and now Homebake! It was good to hear some typically Australian music and hang out in the sun.
Today’s adventure is Homebake festival at The Domain in Sydney. A whole afternoon of sun, bands and cider – woop!
