Valley Stampede

Today was D-day – time for Valley Stampede, a 5K race through Glenworth Valley over 18 obstacles and ridiculous mud.

Okay, so I’ve done about zero training for this 5K run. How hard can it be?! I sit at a desk all day, that must count for something!

We really weren’t prepared at all for this. Still, we were ready to limber up!
