These two looked very real, and I especially liked the way the man had his mouth open, like he was shocked at the view of the ocean.
Many of the exhibits were a bit tongue and check, as demonstrated by this pin placed into one of the cracks in the weathered stone.
We visited the famous Angkor Wat site today. It was alot bigger than we expected, with 5 temples in total. This statue was guarding the Victory gate, a grand entrance to one of the stunning historical temples.
It’s such a shame this statue is so badly damaged. It would have been an incredible site to see when entering along the bridge.
This menacing snake head towers before many statues of people holding it’s body on the lead up to the main gate. Considering some of these stone carvings have been around since the 11th century, its pretty incredble that they are still standing!
