Whistle while we wait

After lunch we had an unscheduled stop. The monsoon rain the night before had caused a landslide across the road so we had to wait until the trucks cleared the dirt.


Matt says...

I think they were used to this happening as they got the landslide cleared away in a couple of hours. It’d take so much longer back in the UK. As soon as the road is slightly cleared everyone races across. Who needs surveyors!


Claire says...

This was unbelievable. Not only were we driving on the scariest mountain road ever, but now we were waiting for them to clear a landslide. Ha ha honestly, I still laugh thinking about it now. :)
